STOP

            The church must stop what it is doing and call upon God.  The only hope for America is for believers to cry out to God for mercy and forgiveness.  As the church goes, so goes America.  Nineveh had 40 days to repent before its destruction.  Likewise, America’s days are numbered unless the nation repents.  The onus of repentance falls upon the church.  The church MUST put a stop to all the structured, planned out, man-made, life-less, ritualistic services they think God is pleased with.  We need to enter the building, fall on our faces before a merciful God, and seek His mercy and forgiveness on behalf of a nation about to be judged.  

Please understand this; God does not want your worship right now.  Your singing does not please him right now because that is not what he is asking for.  Your religiously structured actions are making Him sick.  America is about to be judged, but the church ignorantly continues with the same rituals, not stopping to realize God is not interested in what they are doing.  God wants His people to repent.  God wants His people to turn back to Him.  God wants the heart of this nation, the church, to seek mercy.  Stop! Listen to what He is saying.  America is doomed to destruction unless the church heeds these words of warning.  We are responsible for what happens to this nation.  We are responsible for the souls of America.  Judgment is coming.  What will you do to stop it?

I want to make this clear.  The judgment of America has already begun.  Its total destruction is imminent unless something changes.  Every church has to stop having church as usual.  Stop the announcements, the singing, the offering, the preaching.  Stop everything.  Stop the babysitting and game playing with the children and youth, calling it kids church or youth group.  Everyone must be praying and calling out to the Lord.  He loves us so much.  He is giving us a chance to change what is happening to our beloved country.  He simply asks for obedience.  He is asking for broken hearts to call out for mercy.  Up to this point, the church has failed this nation.  Please do your part to change this.  America needs the church to hear these words of warning.  America needs the church to stop what it has been doing and simply pray.

It is hard for me to end this letter without saying it again.  Stop “doing” church!  Drop everything! It is a drastic step, I know.  But it is going to take such a drastic step to save this nation.  Open the doors of the church and just pray. Pray until the Spirit tells you to stop.  Do nothing else!
